司書教諭の専門的職務についての一考察―カリキュラム・マネジメントとの関わりから― A Study on the Professional Duties of Teacher librarians -in Relationship with Curriculum Management- 西巻, 悦子 ニシマキ, エツコ NISHIMAKI, Etsuko 学校経営 司書教諭 メディアスペシャリスト school management teacher librarian media specialist 本研究の目的は，司書教諭の専門的職務について「カリキュラム・マネジメント」との関わりから明らかにすることである。まずアメリカにおける「カリキュラム・マネジメント」の要素について検討し，次に日本における「カリキュラム・マネジメント」論の受容と展開について検討した。そのうえでアメリカと日本の「カリキュラム・マネジメント」と学校図書館との関りを比較検討した。その結果，学校図書館法に学校図書館経営を掌ると規定されている司書教諭の専門的職務には，学校経営における「カリキュラム・マネジメント」への支援が含まれるという結論に達した。 The purpose of this study is to clarify the professional duties of teacher-librarians in　relationship with curriculum management. First, the elements of curriculum management in the　United States were examined in detail, and then the acceptance and development of curriculum　management theory in Japan were comparatively verified. After that, the close examination in　the relationship between curriculum management and school libraries in both countries was　discussed.
