In 2018, Komazawa Women's\nUniversity adopted two kinds of e-learning contents in some required English classes for the\nfirst year students: Practical English 450 and TRACKER FOR THE TOEIC (R) L&R TEST;\nboth of which are developed by Reallyenglish Japan Co.,Ltd. Practical English 450 is a\ncomputer based program which focuses on the improvement of the so-called “four skills in\nEnglish learning,” i.e. listening, speaking, reading, and writing. In addition, TRACKER FOR\nTHE TOEIC (R) L&R TEST was introduced to measure how students improve their English\nskills through Practical English 450. As it is a TOEIC mock test, students can take it as if they\nwere taking the real TOEIC test.\nThis paper particularly outlines （i）an overview of the two e-learning contents, （ii）how\nclasses using the e-learning contents were organized,（ iii）how students developed their English\nskills through the e-learning contents.
