We have continued to carry out this\nsurvey in the Academic Year of 2018 in the humanities departments in universities. As a result,\nit turned out that the students who do not have good PC environment tend to feel they are bad\nat PC skills twice as much as the students who have good PC environment. PC literacy and\nfundamental knowledge about PC have not developed as the teachers expected. In addition,\naccording to the chi-square test relating to the presence/absence of PC, it was found out that\nthere is a connection between the consciousness toward the operation of PC and about a word\nprocessor and spreadsheet, PowerPoint.
