We have continued to carry out this　survey in the Academic Year of 2019 in the humanities departments in universities. As a result,　it turned out that the students who do not have good PC environment tend to feel they are bad　at PC skills twice as much as the students who have good PC environment. PC literacy and　fundamental knowledge about PC have not developed as the teachers expected. In addition,　according to the chi-square test relating to the presence/absence of PC, it was found out that　there is a connection between the consciousness toward the operation of PC and about a word　processor and spreadsheet, PowerPoint.
