The students, ranging from freshmen to seniors, were asked whether or not they had knowledge or interest in vegan and if they had ever tried vegan food. Of these, 136 students responded to the survey（response rate of 42.4%）.\n　Of the students who were responded to the survey, 100% of them had heard the term vegetarian, and 79.4% had heard the term vegan.
