The subjects were all 2,081 students enrolled at Komazawa Women’s University and Komazawa Women’s Junior College. The web survey was conducted in May 2023 using Google Forms and asked about health literacy, lifestyle, and health status. The survey collection rate was 11.7%. The analysis subjects numbered 240, with a mean age of 19.9 ± 1.4( 18–25)years.
