issue","subitem_alternative_title_language":"en"}]},"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"bibliographic_information","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2025-03-10","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"3","bibliographicPageEnd":"46","bibliographicPageStart":"37"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"新型コロナウイルス感染症（以下，COVID-19）は、2019年11月末に中華人民共和国、武漢市において初めて検出された。日本においては、2020年１月15日に１例目となる感染を確認し、2020年２月に法律的にCOVID-19は、「感染症の予防および感染症の患者に対する医療に関する法律」の指定感染症に、2021年２月には新型インフルエンザ等感染症に位置付けられたことを受け２類相当に位置づけられていた。その後、この分類が見直され、2023年５月8日以降は５類感染症へと引き下げられた。\n　本稿では、この新型コロナウイルス感染症の流行中のウイルスの変異と重症化率の変化、ワクチンの開発、治療薬の開発を論ずるとともに、新型コロナウイルス感染症の社会的な影響、「感染症の予防および感染症の患者に対する医療に関する法律」における２類相当から、５類へ移行したのちの医療機関、患者対応、感染対策の変化を概観した。そして、今後の課題として、従来の「微生物と人間」という医学・生物学を中心とした「ミクロ的な感染症学」から、医学を中心とした生命科学の研究のみならず、社会科学分野も含めた「社会への影響を与える病気」であることを認識する「マクロ的な感染症学」が重要になることを論じた。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者（英）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"1","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"Yuki
