| 内容記述 | Objective This study aimed to examine the feasibility of a health-promotion project led by university students that was launched at Komazawa Women’s University in 2023. Methods The PAIREM（ Shigematsu, 2016, Research in Exercise Epidemiology 18（ 2）, 76–87） evaluation factors （Plan, Adoption, Implementation, Reach, Efficacy/Effectiveness and Maintenance） were used for project evaluation. A web-based questionnaire survey was conducted with all 2081 students at the university, asking them about the evaluation factors. Results Plan: The implementation plan for the project was adopted at the discretionary expense of the university’s president, and it was funded with the cooperation of the relevant divisions within the university. Adoption: A total of 34 female students were recruited to manage the project through an open recruitment process. Cooperation for the project was obtained from all faculties, departments, and related divisions. Implementation: The health events were run smoothly. Reach: Six months after the start of the project, 55.6% of students were aware of the project, and the total number of participants in the health events was 294. Efficacy/Effectiveness: Students who saw the posters promoting walking and using the stairs showed an increased awareness of the benefits of these activities. Maintenance: In 2024, the project budget was approved, and the project was able to continue. Conclusion As a result of this study, we confirmed that this project contributed to the development of an environment that promoted health among female university students. We also confirmed the feasibility of the project. |
