Nanchatte is an instance in “ojisankoubun,” a writing style used by middle-aged men, and its fundamental function is to modify a statement prior to the expression, for example: Ojisan-to deeto shichau Nanchatte “Shall we go on a date Just kidding .” Pien is an onomatopoeia representing the crying act and has been widely used since around 2019 primarily by female Japanese teenagers, for example: Kounyu kara 5 nen-no macbook-de-wa supekku-ga oitsuka-nai pien. “This macbook has insufficient performance, because it has been five years since I purchased it. Phew.”\n It is of interest to note that these two expressions have some grammatical similarities in common from the viewpoint of discourse and pragmatics, though they have distinct linguistic properties, as one might empirically predict. In particular, I would like to claim that (i) while they share the same property in their discourse structure, they have distinct characteristics in their discourse function, and (ii) they share the same pragmatic function, but have different features in their pragmatic effect.","subitem_description_language":"en","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"1","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"Shun KUDO","nameLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.18998/0002000230","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"駒沢女子大学 学長 臼井実稲子","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1340-8631","subitem_source_identifier_type":"EISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"工藤 俊","creatorNameLang":"ja","creatorNameType":"Personal"},{"creatorName":"クドウ シュン","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana","creatorNameType":"Personal"},{"creatorName":"Shun KUDO","creatorNameLang":"en","creatorNameType":"Personal"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"1","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2025-03-29"}],"filename":"本文PDF.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"730 KB"}],"format":"application/pdf","license_note":"Copyright(c)2024 by KOMAZAWA WOMEN'S UNIVERSITY","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"url":"https://komajo.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/2000230/files/本文PDF.pdf"},"version_id":"3a843962-61f1-43d4-af3a-b5aa8b85e499"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"おじさん構文「なんちゃって」と若者ことば「ぴえん」について","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"おじさん構文「なんちゃって」と若者ことば「ぴえん」について","subitem_title_language":"ja"},{"subitem_title":"On the Expression Nanchatte Used by Middle-aged Men and the Japanese Teen Slang Word Pien","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"10002","owner":"12","path":["1741053051105"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"PubDate","attribute_value":"2025-03-29"},"publish_date":"2025-03-29","publish_status":"0","recid":"2000230","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["おじさん構文「なんちゃって」と若者ことば「ぴえん」について"],"weko_creator_id":"12","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2025-03-31T03:59:23.370906+00:00"}
