| 内容記述 | A survey was conducted among female university students in Tokyo to compare the status of Japanese ceremonial food traditions in 2014 and 2024. The rate of consumption of all Japanese ceremonial foods within one year prior to the survey date decreased in 2024, and the number of students who knew（ or could answer） about their origins also decreased. This suggests that the tradition of Japanese ceremonial foods is declining. However, there were also a certain number of students who answered that they had eaten Japanese ceremonial foods in school lunches as children, and that they learned about the origins of event foods at nursery schools and elementary schools. This suggests the effectiveness of Shokuiku （food education activities） conducted in facilities during childhood. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
