Also not only in the whole subject but in various subgroups, it is found out in the main models (namely, model 5, model 7, and model 9) built by this study that the significant negative correlation is between the \"gender role orientation\" factor and the \"gender equity policies\" factor. Furthermore, it is found out by simultaneous factor analyses for the six demographic characteristics that these three models (especially model 7) fit data mostly. That is, the person with more traditional gender role orientation ceases to regard the gender equality policies as necessity, in order that women may continue working.
