In the discussions of bioethics the socalled theory of Person is one of the most important issues. Because this theory concerns almost all problems of bioethics, though man has thought of it in order to justify Abortion. But in my opinion it's logic is very rough, and cannot be the reason for a justification of Abortion. On the contrary, it is a fiction that man has devised arbitrary in presupposition of the right to abort. In this paper I will pick out two typical theories and criticize them. |
